Teams
Members of Conex are organised into 5 teams, and while there will often be much crossover in what they do, it helps to give our organsation and projects more structure.
CAD & Visualisation​

- Manage the organisation's finances and assets.
- Ensure we pay any relevant taxes and duties.
- Maintain solvency through financial planning.
- Monitor procurement and expenses.
Legal & compliance
- Ensure Conex meets domestic and international legal requirements.
- Produce legal agreements.
- Comply with record keeping requirements.
- Liase with governmental bodies when necessary.
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Produce, review, and enforce our policies.
Information Technology
- Procure and manage digital services and software.
- Protect data and enforce data collection, retention, and usage policies.
- Maintain cyber security.
